"Tascosa Hot Sauce -Queso"

16oz. Velveeta Cheese
16oz. Tascosa Hot Sauce
Pour hot sauce into large bowl. Cut Velveeta cheese into medium size squares and add to the hot sauce. Heat in microwave in 2 to 3 minute increments, stirring each time until cheese is fully melted and is mixed well with hot sauce.
(add cooked and seasoned ground beef if desired)

To double your recipe simply use a 32oz. box of Velveeta and 2 jars of Tascosa Hot Sauce.

"Tortilla Rolls"

Flour Tortilla   10
Chopped Jalapenos / juice
Cream Cheese 2 boxes (softened)
Grated Colby / Jack Cheese
Tascosa Hot Sauce
(experiment w/amounts, for desired thickness & taste)
In a large bowl fold together 2 boxes of softened cream cheese, 2 to 4 tablespoons of chopped jalapenos, 2 tablespoons of the juice from the jalapenos, 2 cups of grated Colby/jack cheese and 1/2 to 3/4 jar of Tascosa Hot Sauce.
Once you have your mixture blended together, spread a thin to medium layer on each tortilla. Roll tortillas tightly and place on a cookie sheet or in a cake pan.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, over night is fine.
After refrigeration, cut into 3/4 inch pieces and serve.
(Keep Refrigerated)

"Burritos "

Tascosa Hot Sauce
Ground Beef (1 1/2 to 2 pounds)
Flour Tortillas 10
Grated Colby / Jack Cheese
Yellow Onion 1 (onion substitute - onion salt or powder)
Pinto Beans (optional)
Mrs. Dash (original)
Sea Salt (Fine)
Pre Heat Oven to 375*
In a deep skillet or pan cook ground beef and onion (or onion substitute).
Season meat / onions with sea salt, garlic, pepper, Mrs. Dash, to your preferred taste.
Once meat and onions are well cooked add 1 jar of Tascosa Hot Sauce and 1 can of pinto beans. Cook on low heat for 15  minutes stirring often.
Prepare a glass or non-stick cake pan with cooking spray.
Fill flour tortillas with a moderate amount of meat mixture (without the juice) sprinkle with grated cheese and roll into a burrito. Once you have all your burritos filled then top sparingly with grated cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
